In recent years camping villages have been exploring new forms of offer to reach a wider target customer base. The new Crippaconcept project fits perfectly into this context: Victoria Room, a mobile home conceived like a hotel suite, designed for the couple who want to enjoy their holiday in a natural environment, but with comfort and high-level services.
With its 34 square metres, Victoria Room is not just a mobile home, but a suite luxuriously designed to guarantee an unforgettable stay, immersed in the heart of natural landscapes.
The spacious and welcoming terrace guides the guest to a fully glazed entrance, breaking down the barriers between inside and outside. The elegantly furnished interior offers a light-filled living area, a kitchen area or office for remote work, and an inviting bedroom, while an en-suite bathroom completes the high-end experience. The dimensions are 860X430 by a height of 244cm.
To ensure a tailor-made experience that can be adapted to the different needs of customers, the Victoria Room is offered in two versions: with and without a kitchenette. This flexibility allows campsites with in-house catering or delivery services to offer customised accommodation formulas, which can vary from full board (full board), to half board (half board), to bed & breakfast (b&b), thus guaranteeing maximum comfort and satisfaction for guests, regardless of their preferences or needs.
The approach to the open-air holiday is therefore new and innovative. The campsite is definitively stripped of the Spartan idea that represented it long ago, to enter a new era of hospitality, which thinks of the guest 24 hours a day.
Victoria Room is a new Crippaconcept project, born from the requests of customers, who in fact immediately welcomed it with enthusiasm. Already from this first 2024 season there are 4 locations where it will be possible to find it:

Holiday Village Florenz
The Holiday Village Florenz is a historic family-run campsite located in Emilia Romagna, specifically in Lido degli Scacchi, near Comacchio (Fe). Renowned throughout Europe for its focus on the creation of services for people with disabilities, it distinguished itself in 2023 by winning first prize in the Demographic Change and Accessibility Category of the ADAC Camping Awards, thanks to a project aimed at the blind and visually impaired, which saw us involved as producers of inclusive mobile homes. This is one of the most innovative accommodation facilities in Italy, and every year the choice is to propose a great novelty, always with the aim of offering the highest level of hospitality for everyone. This year, a natural area has been renovated and our Victoria Room has been placed in it, thus offering a solution for those who want to experience nature and the sea without any worries. It has taken the name Botticelli Suite and includes daily room cleaning, buffet breakfast at the Monnalisa Restaurant – one of the most beautiful in Europe, directly on the sea and awarded for its excellence by the ACSI – access to the swimming pool and beach service with parasols and sun loungers to add a touch of exclusivity to your stay.
A holiday at the Holiday Village Florenz allows you to fully enjoy the Romagna coastline with all its peculiarities: nature, good food, the friendliness of the inhabitants and the many beautiful tourist destinations to visit. These include the Po Delta with its rich fauna.

Club del Sole, Pineta Beach Village
The Club del Sole is one of the most important Italian groups and counts no less than 20 accommodation facilities in central and northern Italy, particularly in Emilia Romagna, the region where the Pineta Beach Village is located. Situated between the vast Pineta di Ravenna Nature Reserve and the sea, the village is a peaceful and regenerating refuge, offering its guests a complete sensory experience.
The Victoria Room, which arrives in 2024, fits perfectly into this context, a year that sees the camping village profoundly renewed – as was the case previously with other structures of the group – both in the mobile homes, which are new, and in the spaces: a brand new gourmet restaurant will delight guests with a culinary offer of the highest quality, while a completely new swimming pool, with spaces strategically organised at a short distance from the sea, will become the perfect place to relax and enjoy pleasant moments. For fitness enthusiasts, a specially equipped area will be dedicated, while the youngest guests will have a specially designed play area at their disposal. Special attention will also be given to four-legged friends, with a swimming pool and a play area created especially for them.
Europa Camping Village
We move on to Veneto where in Cavallino Treporti stands the Europa Camping Village, an excellent pet-friendly accommodation facility with an aquapark, restaurant, new play area and shopping area. Immersed in a pine forest a few kilometres from Jesolo, the entertainment centre of the area, it is appreciated for its numerous services. In particular the Spa, which features a Finnish sauna, Turkish bath, whirlpool and emotional water path. Numerous solutions are available in the village area, including our FreedHome, which has been equipped with a panoramic terrace. This is where Victoria Room will be located, which will be perfect in this natural environment and ideal for relaxation.

Camping Village & Glamping Le Pianacce
In Tuscany, the Camping Village & Glamping Le Pianacce, belonging to the same group as the Europa Camping Village, is located in Castegneto Carducci (Li), where the pine forest makes everything more pleasant. In fact, it is located in the woods of the Maremma and offers the possibility of experiencing a holiday truly in contact with nature: sea, sun and maritime pines. The focus on sustainability is so high that it is considered a true eco village: the no plastic objective, i.e. the elimination of all plastic from bars, restaurants and the minimarket is already implemented. Guests are encouraged to use recycled and recyclable materials and electric car charging is in place. This is where the Victoria Room will be located, a truly unique and exceptional suite for couples.
2024 is therefore the year when even the most demanding couples, those who want the same comforts as in a hotel, but in a natural setting, will be able to try the new Victoria Room experience and we are sure they will be completely satisfied.
