The website www.nuovisogni.it is associated with the commercial brand “Nuovi Sogni”, owned by Crippacampeggio, which manages its contents, purposes, and personal data processing activities as described in this policy.

2. CATEGORIES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED

The Data Controller provides a form for collecting the information necessary to submit spontaneous applications, as described in the privacy notice. By clicking the ‘Choose file’ button, applicants may upload and send their curriculum vitae.
The data provided will be processed by the recruitment offices of Crippacampeggio exclusively for the purpose of assessing the application in view of a potential future hiring. The processing of personal data is necessary for the execution of pre‑contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject, pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.”
2.4. “Nuovi Sogni” Page
2.4.1. Newsletter Subscription
Each user may subscribe to the Newsletter by clicking the ‘Subscribe’ button available on the Nuovi Sogni website. The processing of personal data for the purpose of sending the newsletter is carried out by Crippacampeggio, as Data Controller, which uses the Nuovi Sogni brand for the provision of this service.
The personal data collected (for example, email or address) will be processed exclusively for the sending of informational, promotional and commercial communications relating to the products and services offered by both Crippacampeggio and the Nuovi Sogni brand, in compliance with applicable legislation and on the basis of the consent expressly provided by the user.
The user may withdraw consent at any time by clicking the ‘Unsubscribe’ link included at the bottom of each communication received or by directly contacting the Data Controller at privacy@crippacampeggio.it.
3. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING, LEGAL BASES AND DATA RETENTION
The personal data provided through the website will be processed by the Company for the following purposes:
to enable the purchase of goods and services offered on the Website and to allow the performance of any related activity and/or, for example, to respond to contact requests submitted via the forms available on the site, provide support services, send service communications and information, etc.;

The legal basis for the processing of personal data for the purposes under points F) and G) is the specific consent of the data subject (optional and revocable at any time); the data will be stored until such consent is withdrawn.
For the purpose under point A), the legal basis is the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party; the data will be retained for the entire contractual duration and, after termination, for ten years.
The purpose under point B) does not involve the processing of personal data.
For the purposes under points C) and D), the processing is necessary for the pursuit of a legitimate interest of the Data Controller; the data will be retained respectively for the duration of the website browsing session, and for the entire duration of the legal proceedings, until the expiry of all appeal deadlines.
For the purpose under point E), the processing of personal data is lawful as it is necessary to comply with a legal obligation to which the Data Controller is subject; the data will be retained for the entire contractual duration and, after termination, for ten years.
The processing activities carried out through the website www.nuovisogni.it pursue the same purposes already indicated for the main website www.crippaconcept.com and are based on the same legal framework, including the requirement of prior consent for direct marketing purposes.
4. PROCESSING METHODS AND SECURITY MEASURES
The personal data provided by users through the website are processed by the Company using electronic and/or automated and/or paper-based means, in accordance with the principles of fairness, lawfulness, transparency and confidentiality, and in compliance with the applicable data protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

5.1 TRANSFER OUTSIDE THE EU

Should personal information be transferred to countries that do not provide the same level of protection as required under the GDPR, or otherwise do not ensure an adequate level of personal data protection, the Company will ensure that each service provider undertakes specific contractual obligations in compliance with the applicable data protection laws (including the execution of the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission), unless the Company can rely on another lawful basis for the transfer of personal data.
5.2 DISCLOSURE TO THIRD PARTIES

In particular, users accessing the website www.nuovisogni.it may exercise their rights by submitting a request to the Data Controller and specifying the source of the data collection (e.g., “Nuovi Sogni newsletter”). Where requests are submitted by electronic means, the information will be provided free of charge and in a commonly used electronic format.
