Crippaconcept’s commitment to creating increasingly sustainable accommodations finds its highest expression in projects dedicated to the preservation and regeneration of natural areas. A prime example is the initiative led by two entrepreneurs from Campania, Vito Luigi Pellegrino and Michele Falco, who, in 2020, inaugurated NABI Resort & Glamping in Castel Volturno—an ambitious endeavor aimed at restoring and enhancing a previously abandoned area. The lakes now present within the resort were once former sand quarries used for construction. Over time, they filled with groundwater, forming basins that required reclamation to be transformed into a natural oasis. The entire surrounding landscape has been reconstructed with the expertise of landscape architects, creating a destination that meets high hospitality standards.

Rossana Pellegrino, Architect and Director of Laghi NABI, emphasizes:This significant endeavor was accompanied by a search for sustainable housing solutions capable of seamlessly integrating with the unique surrounding environment, offering our guests not just a stay, but experiences in close contact with nature.”

This is where Crippaconcept fits in perfectly, with its production of lodge tents designed to meet the highest sustainability standards. The careful selection of raw materials—both recycled and recyclable—and the attention to detail in creating accommodations equipped with every comfort have made its products the perfect choice for NABI. Not only do they ensure minimal environmental impact, but they also enhance the aesthetic appeal of the setting, completing the environment and making it unique and highly immersive.

NABI Resort & Glamping has specifically chosen Crippaconcept’s A-Luxury Lodge in the Suite version without a kitchen. These lodge tents represent the perfect balance of design, comfort, and sustainability. Made with eco-friendly materials and featuring spacious, refined interiors, they offer guests a unique stay experience—fully immersed in nature yet equipped with all the comforts of a luxury hotel. Ideal for couples and families seeking an exclusive retreat, the lodge tents ensure ultimate relaxation and well-being in an elegant and enchanting setting. Our guests greatly appreciate the ‘glamping’ concept,” continues Rossana Pellegrino, “as it allows them to experience nature up close without sacrificing comfort. We strive to offer people both physical and mental rejuvenation, enabling them to disconnect from the daily chaos and immerse themselves in the silence and sounds that only nature can provide. Metaphorically, we reflect onto our guests what has been done for the land through restoration and enhancement activities—offering them a tailored experience of physical, spiritual, and mental regeneration.

At Laghi NABI, the tourism offering today combines two key elements: on one hand, providing guests with an exclusive, nature-immersed experience, and on the other, enhancing a destination that would otherwise have remained abandoned, underappreciated, and largely unused.

A New Project for 2026

After the success achieved in Castel Volturno, NABI is expanding with a new property: NABI Coast – Capri View, set to open in 2026. This new destination will be located in Massa Lubrense, in the heart of the Sorrento Coast, offering a luxurious experience immersed in nature with a breathtaking view of Capri. The project envisions the creation of exclusive accommodations and panoramic lodges, designed to blend harmoniously with the surrounding environment. Guests will enjoy premium services, including natural spas, wellness paths, and outdoor activities, all while respecting the local ecosystem.

This new venture also sets ambitious restoration goals, bringing back to life one of the earliest tourist structures along the Sorrentine coastline. Disused for nearly thirty years, the site—known as “Giardino Romantico”—overlooks the Punta Campanella Marine Protected Area, a place steeped in legend, known as Terra delle Sirene, directly facing Capri.

We are excited about the results we will achieve and confident that experiential tourism in close contact with nature will surpass conventional offerings,” concludes Rossana Pellegrino, adding, “We are certain that this project, too, will stand out on an international level.
