PiNCAMP, the camping portal of ADAC, ANWB, and TCS, has announced the nominees for the PiNCAMP Awards 2025, the most prestigious European camping awards, which will be presented during the PiNCAMP Gala on January 17, 2025, in Stuttgart.
The main sponsor partner of the event for the fourth consecutive year is Crippaconcept, Italian brand of next-generation mobile homes for outdoor tourism, certified Made in Italy.
The nominees were selected from hundreds of proposals across the industry by an international jury of ten experts. They compete in the categories of ‘Sustainability and Environmental Awareness’, ‘Innovation and Progress’, ‘Demographic Change and Accessibility’, ‘Digitization’, ‘Small Campsites’ and ‘Rental Accommodation’.

The awards are to the camping industry what the Oscars are to the film industry.’ The winners of Europe’s most prestigious camping award will be announced at the PiNCAMP Gala on 17th of January 2025 in Stuttgart.

The nominees in the category ‘Sustainability and environmental Awareness’
Sunêlia Les Sablons Camping, France The Sunêlia Les Sablons campsite is located between the picturesque vineyards and the extensive asparagus fields of the Languedoc. And a lot is being done here for the sustainable use of the environment. Just a few of a seemingly endless series of sustainable measures: Energy-saving and water-saving programmes, waste management, biodiversity strips between the pitches, a large permaculture area and a market garden with a MIni farm that supplies the campsite restaurants.
Camping Lake Shkodra Resort, Albania Within 12 years of opening, the resort on beautiful Lake Shkodra has brought sustainable tourism to an area that was relatively unknown to tourists. The resort generates 100% of its electricity and hot water from solar panels. It has its own sewage system. The resort team has planted 50,000 square metres of trees to revitalise the lake and surrounding area with wildlife. The resort supports local producers and businesses by sourcing its produce locally.
Camping & Resort Sanguli Salou, Spain On the Costa Dorada, just a stone’s throw from the miles of sandy beaches, Camping & Resort Sangulí Salou promises first-class camping holidays in Catalonia. From 2017 to 2024, the resort has invested 6 million euros in sustainable projects. For example, in the installation of photovoltaic and thermal solar systems that supply energy and hot water. The construction of facilities with certified wood from sustainable forestry – modern waste management and the purchase of electric vehicles for internal passenger transport and waste disposal are further evidence of the resort’s sustainable management.

Camping Village Roma Capitol, Italy It is the sum of many small and large innovative solutions that make this site in a natural park in the south-west of Rome a very special camping experience. Modern architecture meets history and nature here: historical references such as an amphitheatre, the paving of the main streets as a reference to that of the historic centre of Rome. The colours of the exterior cladding of the mobile homes are reminiscent of the shades of the surrounding nature.
Vakantiepark Beerze Bulten, Netherlands At Vakantiepark Beerze Bulten, near the German-Dutch border, online bookings and online check-in have long been a matter of course.
