Crippaconcept, the Italian company specializing in next-generation mobile homes and lodge tents for the outdoor hospitality sector, with manufacturing operations also based in Poreč, Croatia, has created the Players Garden by Crippaconcept for the Plava Laguna Croatia Open Umag, the ATP 250 clay-court tournament taking place from 10 to 18 July 2026 at the Stella Maris Tennis Centre.

First introduced during the 2025 edition, the Players Garden once again provides an exclusive hospitality area for players, their teams and families. It is a temporary structure that requires no permanent foundations, consumes no land and can be completely dismantled at the end of the tournament, allowing the site to be fully restored to its original condition.

Crippaconcept’s partnership with the Plava Laguna Croatia Open, established in 2015, reflects the company’s strategy of bringing the culture of outdoor hospitality—combining Italian design, measurable sustainability, landscape integration and, for this project, production at its Croatian manufacturing facility—beyond the tourism sector and into major international sporting events that demand rapid installation, premium guest comfort and highly flexible hospitality solutions.
Supporting this commitment, Crippaconcept has launched the first verification process for an Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) for a mobile home within the EPDItaly system. The verification is being carried out by ICMQ S.p.A., an Accredia-accredited certification body, and is based on a comprehensive Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) measuring the product’s environmental impact throughout its entire life cycle—from manufacturing and installation to use and end-of-life.
“The versatility of a mobile home enables us to deliver tailor-made hospitality solutions within very short timeframes, meeting the expectations of demanding environments such as international sporting events. Functional yet elegant relaxation areas, refined aesthetics and exceptional indoor comfort are all essential elements. Because no permanent foundations are required and the environmental impact can be assessed throughout the entire life cycle, we can install and remove the structures without affecting the surrounding landscape, which is fully restored once the event is over.”
