The leading Italian player in the world of mobile homes and lodge tents manufacturer landed where glamping and camping are an institution. First project already in summer2021.
Carate Brianza, 25 January 2021 – Crippaconcept®, the main Italian player in design, construction and sales of mobile homes and lodge tents for open air tourism, continues to grow and, after the opening of the first open-air showroom in Italy, kicks off 2021 with the opening of a new sales office in the Netherlands.
In addition to the Italian and Croatian offices, since January 2021 it has been targeting the Benelux market from Amsterdam.
At the head of the new Crippaconcept office is Mattia Conti, a well-known name in local open-air tourism. With a great experience in the tourism sector since 2006, Mattia has climbed the hierarchy of the sector, working within many campsites in Italy, up to being part of the digital transformation in Camping navigator company, with the role of manager for the Italian and Croatian market in The Netherlands.
The Netherlands, which have always been lovers of open-air holidays in all its forms. Travel, in fact, for many Dutch people is synonymous with luxury glamping, which landed here about forty years ago and which has become deeply rooted.

In this way we have created and developed stylistic guidelines and a design language that allows us to offer Crippaconcept® products to local Camping Villages. A project, perfect for Italy, but which we think can also respond to the needs of the sector in The Netherlands. We already have positive feedback on this point, and we will deliver new exclusive mobile homes for summer 2021in Denekamp in Twente, at the Papillon Country Resort, a glamping village operated by Vacanze col Cuore group”.

The design gives the mobile homes, which are Made in Italy, contemporary lines and aesthetic solutions already highly appreciated by numerous holiday destinations on the European market”. This evolution has led Crippaconcept® to expand its offer to Dutch campsites and holiday parks.
We have chosen to take a step forward to support the demand of the local campsite offer, in particular by focusing on the tourist district most interested in glamour-stays, with products that have an extraordinary Italian style look. The direction taken is clearly the internationalisation of an Italian company, such as Crippaconcept, with a view to promoting a Made in Italy design product, such as mobile homes and lodge tents, both among buyers and the press, in an interlocutory moment for the whole sector.
The initial goal is to export Italian look&feel to the touristic heart of the Netherlands, with the usual “tailor-made” key factor also for the local campsite investors, and plan with them an ad-hoc solutions for the internal tourism market.
Crippaconcept®, which in 2019 reached the turnover threshold of 50 million euros, while estimating a downgrade turnover due to “the impact of the Coronavirus, is changing the path of the brand for 2021”- Redaelli continues, when referring to the implementation of the Netherlands project – and we want to find a stability trend alike the 2018-2019 results already in 2022“.
The offer for the Dutch market will be very clearly in Italian style with a touch of luxury that Crippaconcept® has always exported to France, Switzerland, Austria and Croatia, and which differentiates them significantly from what the market and design of the area. In addition, the compact module of the mobile home is already widespread including as an everyday living space, unlike the situation in Italy where the terms and rules do not allow that. In the Netherlands, in fact, the demand for small sized houses on wheels is growing also in relation to an employment market that is increasingly digital and increasingly flexible in terms of working space. Those who buy a mobile home make a low investment and choose a living space that does not constrain them to one place for years, and to a lifetime mortgage.
The Crippaconcept® product range, in this sense, is offering 16 models of mobile homes and 8 models of lodge tents, without taking into account the almost total customisations, that is created according to customer needs. A traditional method which, applied to the contemporary design in accordance with the sensitivity of this millennium, will catch the attention over the Dutch campsites.
